All facials are customized to your individual skin needs and any booking may be adjusted at the time of service. However, if you still have questions upon booking, please reach out to Britney via email or Instagram and she will help guide you based on your skin goals/concerns.
  • Have your intake forms completed before your appointment.
  • Take photos or have a list ready of all your current skincare products, including any topical medications.
  • No exfoliating 3 days prior to facial treatment.
  • No waxing 3 days prior to facial treatment.
  • No botox/filler 2 weeks prior to facial treatment.
  • Avoid heavy sun exposure.
Yes! Facials, brows, lashes and all waxing may be scheduled in the same session.
Everyone’s skin is unique and will require a different amount of treatments in order to reach the desired goal. However, please keep in mind, we are aiming for progress NOT PERFECTION! Our combined goal is to achieve optimal skin health.

As of now, Zelle, Venmo, and cash are accepted payment options. Please note, if paying with cash, please have the exact amount as I do not carry change on me.

Policies

Non-refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of your service fee is required upon booking. Your deposit will go towards your service. In the event that you no-show to your appointment or cancel after the 24 hour grace period, your deposit will be forfeited

Cancellation/Late Policy

If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, a 24 hour notice is required. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in your deposit being forfeited. 

In the event you are running late to your appointment, please text/call to notify as soon as possible. There is a 15 minute grace period; however, please note that 15 minutes will cut into your service time to avoid running late into the next appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited.
